On-Site Internet/Intranet/Extranet Support Plans
"On-site Support" involves any maintenance we do on your web sites or Intranet/Extranet
web components by visiting your organization. We bring all the tools of our trade with us,
and do the work on-site so that you can supervise it, revise it as necessary
instantly, and learn from it.
To qualify for the On-Site Support Plans,
- your website or web components must be originally developed by Rooster Graphics, and
- you must pay a one-time account activation fee of $200.

The account activation fee will get you space on our servers and other
physical storage devices for backups of all your RGI-developed documents, scripts,
graphic and multimedia files, etc. for the duration of your On-Site Support
Plan. Depending on the type of plan, we will backup your site every day,
or every week. No hassles, no details for you. And no risks in case a power failure
or a disk crash wipes out your files.
You don't have to commit to an On-Site Support Plan that you may never need to use.
Beyond the account activation fee, our On-Site Support is charged on a
per-call basis.
The On-Site Support Plans include basic training for your staff responsible for
manning any hotlines and e-mail or handling the simpler website updates.

You must select one of either the "A-Level" or the "B-Level" support plans
described below.
Thereafter, our per-visit charges are:
- $250/visit + travel & lodging expenses,
- plus $125/hour on-site.
A-Level Plan ($2000/year):
- The "A-Level" plan is available in yearly renewable contracts.
- Daily automated backups of all documents
in your site (upto 50 MB) during coverage.
- Priority reservation for one on-site problem-solving visit per
month during the coverage period.
- Free two-hour on-site workshop on HTML, Telnet and
FTP basics for your staff. (Travel and lodging expenses are billed.)
- One-time two hours of on-site maintenance, free of hourly charges.
- 10% discount on Site Maintenance Contracts (below).

B-Level ($90/month):
- Available in bi-monthly renewable contracts.
- Weekly automated backups of your site (upto 10 MB) during coverage.
- Priority reservation for one on-site visit per each two-month coverage
period.
- 5% discount on Site Maintenance Contracts (below).

Site Maintenance Contracts
Site maintenance contracts involve "remote" maintenance we do on your
website or intranet/extranet web components directly from Rooster
Graphics without necessarily visiting your organization.
You send us your requirements, the text, any desired
graphics, etc., we revise or design your pages, compose the required
script programs, test the documents, and post them up on your site
remotely. For major revisions, we visit your organization to learn your needs and
system requirements face to face.
Site maintenance plans are custom-tailored for each client. While
some customers simply need to revise the data in existing documents on a
seasonal basis, some need to design and add a few additional documents
each month, while some others require daily or hourly automated updates
in coordination with the the changes in the data bases of the
organization.
Site maintenance contracts can be arranged for as low as $300 per
month up to $15000 per month for large corporate accounts. Significant discounts
are provided for yearly maintenance contracts. Tell us at what rate and to
